List of Ingredients




1 package Ducan Hines Spiced cake mix
4 large egg whites
1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg whites, oats and oil. Bear at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Stir in raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets.

Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 1 minute
