This one is the one that my mom gave me and used when we were going up, and probbley her mom gave her



List of Ingredients





2 egg
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt


Recipe




Beat the eggs with a fork; stir in the oil and vanilla. Blend in the sugar and butter until mixture thickens. Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass, greased and dipped in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees until delicate brown.
