3 1/2 pounds pot roast
2 Onions -- cut wedges
8 ounces Can tomato sauce
1 cup Picante sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Organo leaves
2 Garlic cloves -- mince
1 Green bell pepper -- coarse chop
Recipe
Put onions and green pepper into crockpot. Next put the roast in. Pour everything else in on top of the roast and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve shredded on hoagies or tortillas, or use in a taco salad (the possibilities are endless) with refried beans and cheese.
