    Savory Crockpot Short Ribs

    4 lbs. beef short ribs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. jar beef gravy

    Recipe



    1 lb. frozen bell peppers and onions, thawed and drained
    In 3-4 quart crockpot, place ribs and sprinkle with pepper. Pour gravy over top. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 9-11 hours until beef is tender. Skim fat from surface of liquid in crockpot and remove ribs. Cover to keep warm. Add bell peppers and onions to slow cooker and cover and cook on high 15-20 minutes until hot. Serve vegetables and sauce over ribs.
