    Simple Bread Pudding

    Bread and Butter custard Pudding ..
    is so simple to make.
    Just wild about this one....


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 bread slices
    • some butter or margarine
    • Some sugar
    • some cinnamon
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 1/2 cup milk
    • few raisens if desired


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven 400 degrees F.

    2. Get one quart casserole.
      I found the sides were hard to clean afterwards.
      So I put in alm. foil linning in it.
      No mess clean up...LOL
    3. Take 4 bread slices, butter one side. (You can use 6, if you want to.)
    4. Place the first one buttered side down in the quart casserole. Sprinkle with a few raisens, then with some cinnomon and sugar.
    5. Repeat with 2 more layers;
      Top the last butter slice, butter side up.

    6. Beat eggs with milk; pour over bread.
      Sprinkle top with more cinnamon and sugar.

    7. Bake 40 minutes or until puffy and golden.
      Makes 3 servings.


    Final Comments


    This is so easy, Specially when there is only you or two.
