Creamy Salmon Bake

4 cups of large spirals pasta
2 teaspoons of canola coil
2 cups of broccoli, cut into small florets
1/2 red capsicum (pepper), diced
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can of pink salmon, drained and flaked
3/4 pound of cheese sauce
1 cup of shredded cheese
1/4 cup of cornflake crumbs

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 8 x 12-inch ovenproof baking dish.Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 9 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan on high until very hot. Add broccoli and capsicum (pepper) and stir-fry over medium-high for 2 minutes or until just cooked.Combine the pasta, broccoli mixture, salmon and cheese sauce in a large bowl. Spoon into a prepared dish.Sprinkle evenly with the combined cheese and crumbs and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until hot.
