Banana nilla pudding

List of Ingredients






1 14 oz can of sweeten condensed milk (Eagle Brand)

1 ½ Cups Cold water

1 large pkt instant pudding (any other you like – chocolate/vanilla/banana/butterscotch,etc)

2 cups Whipping cream (1 pint)

1 box Vanilla wafers

3 or 4 bananas

lemon juice



Recipe



In large bowl, combine milk and water, add instant pudding, beat well until blended and place in refrigerator to chill for 5 minutes

While pudding is chilling, in a bowl whip cream until soft peaks are formed

Slice bananas and dip in lemon juice to keep from discoloring

Fold whipped cream into pudding mix

In a 2 ½ quart serving bowl (glass if possible) place 1 cup pudding on bottom

Place 1/3 layer of vanilla wafers, 1/3 layer of bananas, 1/3 layer of pudding, repeat

Place in refrigerator to chill and store leftovers covered in refrigerator
