    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 pound sirloin steak
    10 medium mushrooms
    1 tablespoon butter
    OR
    1 cup beef broth

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Place steak in a resealable bag. Add marinade then seal the bag. Place bag in a 13x9 inch baking pan in case of leaks. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag, reserve marinade.

    Cut 10 crosswise strips of steak. Simmer mushrooms in butter or beef broth for approximately 5 minutes. Roll one strip of steak around each mushroom. Secure with 1-2 wooden picks.

    Place each on grill about 4 inch above heat. Cook 3-5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade several times.
