    1 package (about 1 1/4 pounds) PERDUE® Fresh Ground Turkey or Ground Chicken
    2 tablespoons bottled steak sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    4 hamburger buns, toasted
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    1 tomato, thinly sliced
    Ketchup or other condiments (optional)

    Prepare lightly greased grill for cooking.
    In medium bowl, combine ground turkey and seasonings. Divide mixture into 8 portions; form into 8 thin burgers.
    Mound 2 tablespoons cheese on each of 4 burgers and top with a second burger. Pinch edges shut to seal cheese inside meat.
    Place at center of grill. Grill, uncovered, 5 to 6 inches over medium-hot coals 5 minutes. Turn burgers and top with remaining cheese.
    Move to cooler edge of grill and continue grilling 10 minutes longer or until burgers are cooked through and spring back when touched.
    Serve on hamburger buns with onion, tomato and ketchup. Ready In: 30 minutes
