    List of Ingredients





    1 small onion, minced
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 cup olive oil
    3 tablespoons butter
    6 oz canned crab, drained and flaked
    1 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
    1 1/2 Tblsps chopped parsley
    1 Tblsp fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 oz vermicelli, cooked and drained

    Recipe





    Cook and stir onion, carrot, and garlic in hot oil and butter in large
    skillet over low heat until the vegetables are tender, but not browned.
    Keep heat on low, and stir in crabmeat, basil, parsley, and lemon juice.
    Cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in salt. Pour sauce over
    vermicelli in large bowl, and toss gently to coat.
