    NOTE: If you are preseed for time, you might want to try getting the chopped seasoning mix, fresh or frozen, one or two packs. You be the judge. (This would be used instead of onions, bell pepper, celery, garlic, parsley)

    List of Ingredients




    1 1 1/2 lb. pelled crawfish or shrimp
    1 pint Half & Half
    3 sticks butter or margarine
    3 Tablespoons chopped Parsley
    3 onions, chopped
    1/4 cups flour
    1 pound velveets jalapeno cheese, cut into pieces
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 pound thin fettucine or egg noodles

    Recipe



    Saute onions, peppers and celer in butter.
    Add parsley, garlic, peeled crawfish/shrimp.
    Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add flour, cream, Velveeted Cheese and Parmesan Cheese.
    Simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Boil and drain noodles.
    Add noodles to mixture.
    Put in casserole dish approximately 10X15X2 inch.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
