    Recipe Introduction

this is so easy...and sooooo..good...and this is the best time of year as we have fresh stuff....it is called Apple Cream pie...their is two way's of making it...I will let you know the lighter side of it also....I make it with fresh peach's...apple's...and blue berries....ok...here I go...

    List of Ingredients

first I do a pie crust...I buy the one from the store...Pillsbury's ..bake's up great...just follow the direction's..but of course if you make your own do it...

4 cups peeled and thinly sliced tart apples...I make hafe apple and hafe peach's..
    2 tbs.sugar
    2 tables.lemon juice
    1/4 cup butter
1 pakage 3.4 once instant vanilla pudding mis
    1tsp.grated lemon peel
    1 pastry shell (9 inch)baked
1/4 cup apricot preserves or strawberry jelly melted...
1 pkge..8 oz cream cheese softened...
    1 1/2 cup milk

    Recipe

in a large skillet ,saute apples & peach's & lemon juice,in butter until apples are tender..cool..
in a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheece until smooth ..gradulally best in 1 cup milk, dry pudding mix and lemon peel ..add remaining milk, beat until thickened..

spread into baked pastry shell..arrange apples and peach's, and blueberries...do not cook the blue berries...just add them as you like...you can add anything to this...refrigerate for 2 hours.before serving.....Brush with additional preserves on the fruit...what I do is top off with cool whip and than add blue berries as a sprinkle look...

for the lighter side..I am diabetic...I use sugar free pudding ..taste the same..
    margarine
    low fat cream cheece'nofat milk
    sugar free jelly...

this is really great when you make it one time..you'll add other things into it as you make more...it is so refreshing...hubby love's it....try it you'll like it...
