    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutneg
    2 eggs
    12oz can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 cups pumpkin or mashed
    and cooled sweet potatos
    1 unbaked 9" pie crust

    Recipe




    In a mixing bowl, blend sugar and spices. Beat eggs and milk and combine with sugar mixture. Stir in pumpkin, beat until smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degress for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes
