    Apple Layer
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 medium (2 cups) green apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
    2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
    Pumpkin Layer
    1 1/2 cups LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
    1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted
    3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    Topping
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    5 tablespoons sugar
    3 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter

    Recipe




    Heat oven to 375°F. Place 1/4 cup sugar, apples, 2 teaspoons flour, lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in medium bowl; stir until apples are coated. Pour into pie shell.
    Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, 2 tablespoons butter, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in medium bowl; pour over apple mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, walnuts and 5 tablespoons sugar in medium bowl; cut in 3 tablespoons butter until crumbly.
    Remove pie from oven; sprinkle with topping. Continue baking for 20 minutes or until custard is set. Cool completely.
