    List of Ingredients




    1 pint P & J oysters
    1 box frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 head iceberg lettuce
    2 stalks celery
    1 stick butter
    1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
    1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 Hersaint or Perino Liqueur
    lemon approximately 30 oyster shells
    rock salt

    chop in food processor letuce, celery, and spinach. saute with butter in large skillet. all chopped ingredients on low flame for about 10 mintes.
    add parmesan cheese a little at time.
    add bread crumbs to tighten Rockeller sauce.
    pour liqueur, poached oysters in small pan on low flame for about 3 minutes or till oysters curl.
    place cleaned oyster shells on bed rock on cookie sheet.
    put oysters on shells, then add sauce on top of oysters.
    bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
    before serving a touch of liqueur on top of baked oysters and serve with lemon wedge.
