    soft shell crabs
    butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    lemon wedges

    brushed killed and clean soft shell crabs with melted butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. cook on grill or skillet in melted butter on the side until golden brown. (about 5 mintues)
    then turn and cook the other side for 5 mintes.
    serve with melted butter and lemon wedges or with sliced almonds.
