List of Ingredients
Crust: you need 2 crust
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 Tblespoons sugar
3 Tblespoons butter(melted)
Mixall above ingredients in a bowl.
Press in a 9 inch pie dish
Refrugrated while making the filling.
Filling: makes 2 pies
3 eggs seperated
1 -14oz. can condensed milk
1/2 cup key Lime juice
2 Tablespoons sugar

Preheatoven 325 degrees F
In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until creamy.
Add condensed lilk and lime juice, beat until blended and slighly thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
Add 2 Tablespoons sugar and beat until it forms peaks.
Foled in 1/2 of egg whites into the yolk mixture until blended.
Add remaining egg whites and fold in until blended.
Spoon filling into prepared crust.
Baqke until filling is frm about 15 to 20 minutes.
Place on wire rack to cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
