Sweet Potatoes Casserole

List of Ingredients




4- 5 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cups butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup browm sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup milk


Recipe



preheat oven 350 deggres
grease a baking pan
dissolve cornstarch in milk.
mix all ingredients together. add milk mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Topping
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup pecans
optional: 1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins

combine ingredients in sauce pan and heat until it starts to bubble. Pour over sweetpotatoes that have baked for 20 minutes. lower oven to 300 degrees and bake additional 20 minutes
