    left over pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions
    2c water
    2 beef boullion cubes
    1 & 1/2tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2c ketchup
    10oz frozen mixed veggies---if needed
    2c bisquick
    2/3c milk

    Recipe




    mix all ingredients except bisquick and milk. cook over low heat till heated through. mix bisquick and milk and spoon onto simmering stew cook uncovered 10 minutes then cover and cook 10 more minutes
