    Will keep a long time.

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. carrots, sliced into rounds about 1/4 to 1/8" thick
    1 bell pepper, cut into rings or strips
    1 onion, cut into rings or strips

    Sauce:
    1 can (10¾ oz.) tomato soup
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 cup sugar

    Recipe





    Cook carrots until crisp tender and drain.

    Mix sauce ingredients; pour over hot carrots. Add bell pepper and onion. Cover and marinate overnight or longer in refrigerator. Store covered. Will keep a long time.
