    2 boxes (10 each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 cups cottage cheese, drain if liquid on top
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 1½ cups Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs

    Recipe





    Preheat oven to 350°. Butter a 1 qt. casserole dish.

    Mix together the spinach, cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan cheese and eggs until well blended. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Bake 30 min. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese. Yield: 6 servings.
