    Peanut Butter Dip

    Source of Recipe

    Recipe Introduction

I served this with celery and pretzels (for the kids) because I was out
of apples. I did not add the cinnamon just due to my personal
prefernce. I used FF cool whip for the whipped cream. I did not use a
mixer to make this. I just used a wire whisk to mix the yogurt and
peanut butter and then folded in the whipped cream. I didn't measure to
carefully and probably added a little more whipped cream than called
for, but it had a nice flavor and texture. Very good with celery or
apples. I didn't have the nerve to try it with zucchini slices. I
think it would also be good with carrots (for those who like them more
    than I do!)
A heathy dip that goes great with apples, pears or celery.

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    8 oz. vanilla yogurt
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup whipped cream

    Recipe

Cream together yogurt, peanut butter and cinnamon until well blended.
Gently fold in whipped cream until smooth. Serves with fruit
    and vegetable slices.
