    3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/3 cup margarine, melted
    1 cup cooked ham, diced
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.

    Press hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Drizzle with the melted margarine. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes.

    Mix together ham, cheese and bell pepper; spoon over hash brown. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over top. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue to bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
