    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb. bag dry Pinto beans
    1 smoked pork hock
    1 pint of water
    15 ounce can of beef broth
    1 Chipolte pepper whole
    5 whole cloves
    2 sticks of celery chopped
    1 Roma tomato peeled
    3/4 cup chopped yellow onions
    2 cloves of garlic minced
    1 1/2 teaspoons grated horseradish
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    3 Tablespoons Tabasco vinegar



    Recipe



    Soak the beans for 24 hours
    Add the beans, water, broth and pork hock and start boiling
    Start adding the remaining ingredients as the water boils
    Boil hard uncovered for 1 hour
    Slow boil in a covered pot 2 hours
    Simmer 2 more hours
