    List of Ingredients




    1 Cup whole milk
    1 Cup whippinc cream
    1/2 Cup sugar
    1 teas. vanilla extract
    1 egg, beaten (optional)
    Crushed Ice
    Rock Salt

    Recipe



    Put all ingredients into a one pound coffee can with tight fitting lid. Place inside of a 2 1/2 pound coffee can, pour in the ice and 3/4 Cup salt around first can, cover with lid. Roll the can back and forth on a CEMENT SLAB for 10 minutes. Open outer can, remover inner can, open and with a spatula sir and scrape sides of the can. Replace lid, drin larger can and then put smaller back in, repack with ice and 3/4 Cup salt. Roll for 5 minutes more.
