- 8 Sheets frozen phyllo @ room temp
- 8 tbl. butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 ts. Cinnamon
- 4 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4 peach halves
- 3/4 Cup raspberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Lay a sheet of phyllo on a work surface, (cover the others with a damp towel) brush with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cover with another sheet of the phyllo. Repeat with 2 more sheets, making 2 4-sheet stacks.
- Place on a parchement lined sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Cool. Break off small peice and crush. Place crumbs in each of 4 bowels. Top with ice cream, then press and peach halve cut side down into the ice cream.
- Break off more peices of the phyllo, assemble around the ice cream and peaches.
