New-Style Tuna Sashimi

List of Ingredients
- 3/4 to 1 lb. of sushi tuna, thinly sliced
- 1 tbl. sesame seeds
- salt
- 1/2 Cup radishes, cut into strips
- 1 bunch scaillions, thinly slices on the diagonal
- 1/2 Cup + 1 tbl. ponzu sauce
- 2 tbl. hot chili oil
Instructions
- Divide the tuna into 4 portions and arrange on 4 large plates. Cover them completely and overlap the slices only as neccesary.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the tuna nad lightly season with salt.
- Toss together the radishes and scallions in a small bowl. Set aside
- Combine the onzu sauce and chilli oil in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Drizzle the chilli iol over tuna. Scatter radishes and scallions over the tuna and serve immediately.
