Baked Ginger Pears

2 Cans pear halves
1/3 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup chopped pecans
1 Tsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tsp. ground ginger
4 Gingersnap cookies, crumbledRecipe
Drain pears and reserve juice. Set aside eight pear halves and 1/4 cup juice. Arrange pears cut side up in baking dish. Combine all but the cookies and sprinkle over pears, pour reserved pear juice around pears. Bake, uncovered @ 350 for 20-25 minutes. Top with cookies.
