Barbeque Keilbasa w/ Beans&Corn Muffins

List of Ingredients
- 2 tbl. corn oil
- 1 1/4 lb. Keilbasa halved and cut into half moons
- 1 10oz. Pk. frozen veggies
- 2 14oz. cans black beans; drained
- 1/2 Cup water
- 4 corn muffin tops
Instructions
- Heat oil in Dutch Oven until hot. Add Keilbasa to cook, until browned. Add beans and veggies, sauce and water. Simmer.
- Place 1 corn muffin in a bowel and top with the keilbasa and veggies.
