    Pretzel Chicken w/ Cheddar Horseradish

    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 Cup Oil
    • 3 Cup Mini Pretzel
    • 3 Eggs
    • 4 Thin Cut Chicken Cutlet
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 1 8 oz. Tub Cheddar Horseradish Spread
    • 1/4 Cup Water
    • 1 lb. Baby Spinich


    Instructions


    1. Reserve 1 tbl. oil. Heat remaning in large saute pan.
    2. Crush pretzels finely. Beat eggs in a shallow bowl.
    3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat in egg then dredge in crumbs. Add chicken to the pan, cook 1 1/2 minutes per side.
    4. Heat spread and water, cover with plastic wrap in microwave for 3 minutes. Layer chicken on the spinch and drizzel with sauce.
