Pretzel Chicken w/ Cheddar Horseradish

- 2/3 Cup Oil
- 3 Cup Mini Pretzel
- 3 Eggs
- 4 Thin Cut Chicken Cutlet
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 8 oz. Tub Cheddar Horseradish Spread
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 lb. Baby Spinich
Instructions
- Reserve 1 tbl. oil. Heat remaning in large saute pan.
- Crush pretzels finely. Beat eggs in a shallow bowl.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat in egg then dredge in crumbs. Add chicken to the pan, cook 1 1/2 minutes per side.
- Heat spread and water, cover with plastic wrap in microwave for 3 minutes. Layer chicken on the spinch and drizzel with sauce.
