    3 cups plus 3 T all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 cups sugar
    2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1¼ cups vegetable oil
    1¼ cups chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the strawberries and eggs. Add oil and pecans. Mix thoroughly. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured standard loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Remove from pans. Cool on rack.
