    1 package white cake mix
    ¼ cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    8 oz sour cream
    8 oz. can cream of coconut
    16 oz. box powdered sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 T milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup flaked coconut

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 13x9 pan. In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream and cream of coconut. Mix until blended. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tester inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
    Make the frosting while your cake cools. In a medium bowl, cream together the powdered sugar, cream cheese and milk. Stir in the vanilla. Frost cooled cake, then sprinkle with coconut.
