German Apple Cake

List of Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup chopped pecans
4 cups sliced raw Winesap apples
ICING
8 oz. cream cheese
½ stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanillaRecipe
Beat eggs with oil, add sugar, flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Stir in chopped nuts and raw apples. Bake in greased and floured 13x9 pan for 45-50 minutes at 350°.
FROSTING
Cream softened cream cheese with margarine, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Ice cake hot.
