Hawaiian Sunset Cake

List of Ingredients
1 package Duncan Hines orange cake mix
3 oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 oz. package orange jello
4 eggs
½ cup oil
1½ cup milk
FILLING
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. package frozen coconut
2 cups sugar
8 oz. Cool WhipRecipe
CAKE
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool layers on wire rack.
FILLING
Combine ingredients. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture to mix with whipped topping later to cover cake.
Spread remaining filling between layers and on top of cake. Combine the 1 cup reserved filling with Cool Whip and cover the entire cake.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Best made one day in advance.
