    List of Ingredients




    4 T flour, heaping
    1 stick margarine
    pinch of salt
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups milk

    Recipe



    Cook the above ingredients in double boiler until thick. Separate 3 eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in ½ cup sugar. Fold into hot mixture. Add 1 tsp. coconut flavoring. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut on top of pies. Brown in 300° oven.
