List of Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines coconut cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
small vanilla instant pudding mix
8 oz sour cream
1 cup flaked coconut
1 tsp coconut extract



Recipe

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding mix and water until moistened. Add sour cream and extract and beat on medium speed for two minutes. Add coconut and mix until blended.
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Cool for about 15 minutes, then finish cooling on cooling rack.
