    Little Bits with Sour Cream Filling

    Graham cracker crumbs
    3 eggs, separated
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened

    Fill miniature muffin pans with paper liners. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350°. Cream egg yolks, sugar and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Gently fold whites into creamed mixture. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins, filling three-fourths full. Bake about 18 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. The center will fall, forming an indentation. Carefully remove from the tins; spoon one teaspoon sour cream filing into each indentation. Store in the refrigerator.

    SOUR CREAM FILLING

    1 (8oz.) carton sour cream
    3/4 cup sugar
    ½ tsp vanilla

    Preheat oven to 400°. Combine all ingredients in a 9 inch pie plate; stir well. Bake 5 minutes. Stir well and bake three minutes longer.
