Sugar Free vanilla wafers (Murray)
Bananas
Sugar Free Jello instant vanilla pudding
Sugar Free Cool Whip

Alternate the wafers and bananas in layers in a bowl. Mix the Jello pudding according to directions on the box using SKIM MILK (not allowing it to get too thick). I use the large box of pudding mix. Let it set out at room temperature for about an hour or until the pudding has soaked into the wafers. Take the 1 T of sour cream and mix into the Cool Whip before spreading it on the top of the pudding. This gives it the taste of meringue made with egg whites. Keep refrigerated.
