Crock Pot Cubed Steak with Gravy

1 package of Au jus gravy mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can French onion soup
1/2 cup water
1 to 2 pounds cubed steak
to thicken gravy
3 T cornstarch
3 T cold waterRecipe
In the bottom of 6 quart slow cooker, combine soups au jus
packet and water. Stir well.
Put cubed steak in slow cooker with gravy mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
After cooking thicken gravy. Remove steak. Whisk together
cornstarch and cold water. Stir mixture into crockpot
Cook on high for 30 minutes (until gravy is thickened)
Put steak back in gravy mixture until you serve.
