Pot Roast Meatloaf

List of Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup cracker crumbs
¼ cup chili sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
VEGETABLES
3 medium onions, peeled and quartered
3 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inch lengths
3 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 T bouquet garni *
* I use 1 tsp each dried parsley, dried thyme, dried rosemary and dried basil.
Recipe
Toss vegetables with seasoning mix until well coated. Arrange vegetables around meat loaf in 13x9 pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more to brown meat.
