    2 T lemon juice
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp liquid smoke
    ¼ tsp pepper
    ¼ tsp garlic powder
    3 chicken breasts, cut into strips
    6 6" flour tortillas
    2 T oil
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, cut into rings

    Recipe



    Combine first five ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken, stir to coat. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Wrap tortillas in foil and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Add chicken, cook 5-6 minutes stirring constantly. Add marinade, pepper and onion, cook until vegetables begin to get tender.
    Serve with the tortillas.
