Chicken Strips with Dill Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
dash garlic powder
2 T ground mustard
dash black pepper
8 oz. Italian dressing
3 T soy sauce
SAUCE
1 pint whipping cream
2 T butter
Recipe
Marinate chicken in garlic powder, mustard, pepper, Italian dressing and soy sauce for several hours. Remove from marinade and sear in a small amount of oil. Place in baking dish with 1 can chicken broth and drippings from searing pan. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until tender. Remove chicken from liquid.
To make sauce place whipping cream and butter in a pan over low heat, add salt, 2 or 3 T flour, thin with milk and add 1 T dill weed.
To serve place chicken over brown and wild rice. Pour sauce over chicken.
