    List of Ingredients




    3 large chicken breasts (may use more)
    1 pk. 10" flour tortillas
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 T margarine

    Recipe



    Boil chicken in water (save 2 cups of boiled broth) set aside. Cut chicken into bite size pieces when cool enough to handle. In large pot mix broth and soups together with margarine. Bring to a boil. Cut tortillas into 1" strips, cut down center. Reduce broth to slow boil, drop tortilla strips in one at a time using fork to keep separated. Add chicken into broth to heat with dumplings, cook until dumplings are tender.
    May be doubled with no problems.
