List of Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans
1 (16 oz) can pinto beans
1 (4 oz) can green chilies
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 package ranch dressing mixRecipe
In a large Dutch oven, cook ground beef and onions until no pink shows in the beef and the onions are tender.
Add remaining ingredients and stir in gently. Bring to a boil, reduce heat simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
You can also make this is slow cooker.
