    5 medium sweet potatoes
    1 cup sugar
    2 T self-rising flour
    1 stick butter

    Recipe



    Peel potatoes; cut into strips about 1 inch thick. Place in 3 quart baking dish. Mix sugar and flour together well;
    sprinkle over potatoes. Top with stick of butter. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.
