    1 Pheasant, cut up
    6 tb Butter
    4 tb Oil
    6 Apples, peeled, cored, and minced
    3 Onions, peeled and minced
    4 oz Cream

    Recipe



    Brown pheasant in fat and set aside. Toss apples and onions in fat. Remove apple mixture to a baking dish with a cover, place pheasant pieces on top, and sprinkle with cream. Cook at 350 for 30 min or until tender.
