    • 1 large cream cheese -- 8 oz. softened
    • 1 tablespoon milk
    • 2 tablespoons onion -- chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • pepper to taste
    • cheddar cheese, enough to cover top -- grated
