    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 pound large shrimp (24 to 30 count), peeled and deveined
    2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, minced onion, and ginger; mix well and set aside.
    In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add the honey-mustard mixture to the shrimp, stirring until the shrimp are pink and the sauce is heated through. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
