    Jerky Marinade

    My boyfriend just Loves this recipe for jerky. He constently asks me to make it. I'm sure glad I have an electric meat slicer.

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 c soy sauce
    2 T molasses
    2 t powdered ginger
    2 t dry mustard
    6 cloves garlic, pressed
    liquid smoke to taste
    fresh, coarse ground pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients and add to you meat for jerkey. Let marinate at least 24 hrs.
