List of Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz crab meat (picked through)
1/2t garlic
2 Tb minced green onion
salt, black pepper, worcestershire to taste
juice from 1/2 lemon.
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. Chill to allow flavors to meld. Spoon on to egg-roll wrapper or won-ton skin. Moisten edges of wrapper and fold over. seal by pressing on the seam. Deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown. Serve with apricot sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
You can also bake these in a mini muffin tin if you have one.
